The Second International Chiefs of Defence Network Conference, titled "Women, Peace, and Security," concluded on Friday, November 8, 2024, at the Armed Forces of BiH Hall in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, after three active days.

During the second day of the "Women, Peace, and Security" conference of the Chiefs of Defence Network, numerous topics related to the status of women within the armed forces, in comparison to their male counterparts, were discussed across three panel discussions.

The three-day conference "Women, Peace, and Security," hosted by the Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina in cooperation with the British Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, officially began on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at the Armed Forces of BiH Hall.

On April 8, 2024, the Minister of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zukan Helez, attended the opening of the five-day Conference of Strategic Military Partners of NATO (Military Strategic Partnership Conference MSPC 24), hosted by the Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina and organised by NATO.

As part of the official visit of the delegation of the Ministry of National Defence of the Republic of Turkey to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Minister of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zukan Helez, along with his deputies Slaven Galić and Aleksandar Goganović, met on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, with the Minister of National Defence of the Republic of Turkey, Yaşar Güler.

On February 20, 2024, the Minister of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with deputies Slaven Galić and Aleksandar Goganović, and members of the delegation from the Ministry of Defence of BiH, hosted a delegation from the United States European Command (USEUCOM) and the Office of the Secretary of Defence (OSD).

On February 6, 2024, the Minister of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zukan Helez, along with Deputy Minister Aleksandar Goganović and a delegation from the Ministry of Defence and Armed Forces of BiH, welcomed the Minister of Defence of the Federal Republic of Germany, H.E. Boris Pistorius, who was on an official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina with a delegation from the German Bundestag.

On February 2, 2024, the Minister of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zukan Helez, played host to a delegation from the North Atlantic Council (NAC – NATO) at the location of the Armed Forces of BiH "Rajlovac."

Minister of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zukan Helez, along with Deputy Ministers Slaven Galić and Aleksandar Goganović, received the Hungarian Minister of Defence H.E. Kristóf Szalay-Bobrovniczky on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, during an official visit.

Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Minister of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zukan Helez met with the European Union delegation on January 23, 2024, at the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
